Current service status

What the current website may collect

Current Landing Page data may include:

• email address;
• country / launch market selected by the user;
• swimming use case;
• swim-goggle brand or model of interest;
• fit problem or pain category;
• pricing interest;
• consent timestamp;
• UTM fields;
• safe metadata needed for waitlist submission reliability; and
• non-identifying analytics events.

The current Landing Page uses Supabase for waitlist storage and PostHog for non-identifying analytics events.

What the current website does not collect

Analytics boundary

PostHog analytics must not receive email addresses, raw brand/model free text, photos, scans, facial vectors, face mesh data, payment data, or children’s data.

Analytics may be used to understand page views, button clicks, pricing-interest selections, form-start events, referral source, UTM parameters, and similar non-identifying website-interest signals.

How information may be used

Information may be used to manage the early access list, contact users about launch updates, understand swim-goggle fit problems, prioritize supported models and launch markets, operate and secure the website, and respond to privacy requests.

Pricing interest is pre-launch product-interest feedback only. It is not payment information and does not mean payment is available today.

Service providers

• Supabase: waitlist storage for submitted early access / product-interest information.
• PostHog: non-identifying analytics events for website performance and user-interest analysis.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Termly.io: policy, consent, and request tooling if retained.

Future App data separation

Future App processing is separate from the current website waitlist. If the ContourBayes iOS App becomes available, it may request camera access for face scan / face-derived structural measurement processing.

Any future App face-related processing requires user consent. Future App processing may involve camera access, face scan, face-derived structural measurements, anonymous structural vectors, selected swim-goggle model details, and cloud compatibility analysis.

ContourBayes does not use planned App face-related processing for facial recognition or identity verification, and does not store photos, raw camera frames, or reconstructable face mesh data.

Future face-derived data classification remains Founder/legal confirmation needed before App Store production launch.

Retention

Generally up to 24 months, unless deletion is requested earlier or retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Adult-only service

ContourBayes is for adult users only. The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

ContourBayes does not knowingly collect data from or market to children.

Privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive information about personal information processed by ContourBayes.
