Cookies and similar technologies are small pieces of information that may be stored on or read from a visitor’s browser or device when visiting a website.

How the current website may use them

• essential website operation and ordinary page delivery;
• security, spam prevention, and abuse prevention;
• preference or consent management if a choice tool is provided; and
• basic website usage and performance analytics.

Basic analytics may help us understand page views, interactions, referral information, campaign parameters, device or browser type, and general site performance.

Analytics consent and the isolated research candidate

Optional analytics is opt-in. Global Privacy Control (GPC) is treated as an analytics denial. The research flow is independent of analytics consent and can still save the voluntary answers you choose to submit when analytics is denied.

When analytics is allowed, the isolated candidate may collect only passive, limited engagement summaries such as active time and maximum scroll percentage. These summaries pause when analytics is not allowed and do not include research free text, model free text, other-country text, other-brand text, write tokens, or token hashes.

The candidate keeps a finite anonymous research resume state in session storage for up to 14 days. This local resume state is not a cookie and is used only to continue the voluntary Q1–Q5 flow. It does not require an account or payment.

Current website waitlist context

The current website may collect waitlist or early-access interest information that a visitor chooses to submit, such as email, country or launch market, swimming use case, brand or model interest, fit problem category, pricing interest, consent timestamp, campaign parameters, and safe metadata.

This Cookie Policy is limited to cookies and similar technologies. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.

What the current website does not use them for

Future mobile product boundary

Any future mobile product functionality is separate from the current website.

Future mobile product features, if launched, would require separate review before they are described as available or before any related data or payment behavior is treated as active.

Managing cookies

Visitors can usually control cookies through browser settings. Browser controls may allow visitors to block, delete, or limit cookies.

Some website features may not work as expected if essential cookies or similar technologies are blocked.

Updates

ContourBayes may update this Cookie Policy if website behavior, cookie use, analytics use, consent controls, legal requirements, or product status changes.
