Agreement to these terms

We operate the website https://www.contourbayes.com and plan to operate an iOS mobile application named ContourBayes if and when it becomes available.

The current website lets adult users join an early access list and submit product-interest information related to swim-goggle fit problems.

The App is not available today.

No payment is collected today.

Paid production launch and App Store production launch still require legal review.

Our services

ContourBayes provides or plans to provide independent swim-goggle structural compatibility information for adult users before purchase.

Adult-only use

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

Some manufacturer-labeled Junior or Youth products may appear only as structural options for adult users with smaller facial dimensions. ContourBayes does not assess children and does not market to children.

Current website scope

• early access list;
• launch updates;
• product-interest collection;
• pricing-interest collection for pre-launch validation only; and
• educational content for adult swimmers.

The current website does not collect payment information, photos, scans, raw camera frames, facial vectors, reconstructable face mesh data, or children’s data.

Future iOS App boundary

If the App becomes available, it is expected to be an iOS application. Any future App license terms should apply only after the App is distributed through an approved channel.

Future App functionality may involve camera permission, face scan with user consent, face-derived structural measurements, anonymous structural vectors, selected swim-goggle model details, and cloud compatibility analysis.

Future paid App functionality is expected to use Apple App Store / StoreKit if paid features are launched.

Future paid service terms are not live today. Payment availability, refund handling, restore handling, and entitlement wording must be reviewed before paid launch.

User responsibilities

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to agree to these terms, will not use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes, and will submit information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Do not submit sensitive information, children’s information, photos, scans, facial images, payment card data, or information about another person unless a future ContourBayes flow specifically requests permitted data with the required consent.

Third-party brands and purchases

The Services may reference third-party swim-goggle brands, product names, manufacturer information, official product pages, or educational sources.

References to third-party brands or products do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliate status, resale relationship, warranty, or product promise.

Any purchase made from a third-party brand, retailer, or website is between the user and that third party. ContourBayes does not control third-party product availability, product changes, shipping, returns, warranties, pricing, or defects.

Educational content boundary

Any /learn/ or educational content is informational and decision-support content only. It is not medical or diagnostic advice and does not promise that any swim goggle will fit, feel comfortable, or prevent leaks.

Compatibility assessment limitations

ContourBayes may provide structural compatibility assessment and purchase-decision support for adult users.

Any assessment may not account for strap tension, swimming movement, water conditions, long-term wear, personal preference, user setup or adjustment differences, product defects, third-party brand changes, manufacturing variation, model availability, or retailer-specific product differences.

Governing law and venue placeholder

China is used as the current truthful governing-law and venue placeholder based on current founder/operator status.

This wording still requires legal review before paid launch or App Store production launch.
